Forming a new band in Cambridge:
"The Dadillacs"

The Dadillacs are a newly forming rock band based in Cambridge, Ontario, built around a shared love of 80s and 90s rock ("dad rock").

The focus is simple. Play great music. Have fun doing it. No ego. No pressure. Just solid tunes with good people.

About The Band

The project is currently led by a "dad-rock" guitarist with rock/pop style from the Gen-X era (80's and 90's rock/pop/alternative). Think big riffs, familiar hooks, and songs you grew up with. The kind of music people actually want to hear at a bar, party, or backyard show.

The Dadillacs are actively looking for a drummer, bassist, keyboardist, and lead singer who want to play for the joy of it, rehearse regularly, and build something fun with friends and family as the audience.

The objective is to build a 30-40 song setlist, and eventually play:
1. Houseparty to warm up for friends and family
2. Local bar gig
3. World Tour (kidding).

Weekly rehearsals take place in Cambridge, Ontario.

Meet Brant...

I started playing guitar at 15 in high school, and have played in various bands into my 20's. Mostly cover bands, playing songs that are guitar based.

Now that I have recently moved to Cambridge, and have curated a dedicated band practice studio and music lounge, I want to play the music that I started with and have some fun with good friends that enjoy the same.

I'm a dad, and happily married. By day, I am professionally employed as a business consultant in the Cambridge area (so I can start practices at a consistent and reasonable time).

Oh, and I don't take myself too seriously. Nor should you.

Let's talk!
